I find that Gwen is an excellent
teacher. She doesn't shove things down your throat or is critical in her
delivery. She is kind and gentle and respects us as much as she respects the
horse. She has her students leaning forward in their chairs. She'll throw out a
tidbit and encourage you to come forward in your learning your ownself and when
you do, its like the sunshine suddenly came out....you figured it out for
yourself, thus transitioned yourself further in your thinking. When she posts
something, it doesn't matter what its about, I can't get this computer to her
words fast enough, then I read her reply, then I read it again to give myself a
good start in my new leap forward in my own transitioning. I've learned to
listen very carefully to Gwen. She talks softly, but she doesn't carry a big
stick...she just talks softly and if you didn't listen properly, then you can
take that big stick to yourself! Yup, I wish all teachers were more like Gwen!

Gwenyth has
such warmth towards the horse whilst maintaining safety of horse and handler.
Having her input from years of experience with a variety of horses is invaluable
as her understanding and communication skills, (with both horses and people) are
such a priviledge to be able to share. I love Gwenyths perspective and
explanations. --Paula,
